App Data

No account is required to use TubeBoard. Favourite stations are stored on your device.

This website does not use cookies, account sign-in, advertising trackers, or newsletter forms.

Data Source

The app requests TfL data for selected stations so it can show live arrivals powered by TfL Open Data.

Location

The optional "Use Nearby Station" feature reads your location on your device only, to suggest the station you are at. Your coordinates are processed entirely on the device and are never sent to TubeBoard or to anyone else. You can decline or revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings; the app works fully without it.

Live Activities

If you start a Live Activity, the app sends the TubeBoard service: a random install identifier generated by the app (not a hardware, vendor, or advertising identifier), the Apple push token for that activity, your selected station, line, and platform, and the app version. This information is used solely to deliver live arrival updates through Apple's push notification service. It is never used for advertising or tracking and is never shared with third parties. Registrations expire automatically after the activity ends, and the install identifier is reset if you delete the app.

No Analytics Or Tracking

The app contains no analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Updates

This policy will be updated if the app adds analytics, crash reporting, or any other personal-data behavior.
