Choose a service and station. TubeBoard arranges the next trains by platform and direction, with destinations and countdowns kept in a single, readable view.
Find your stop
TubeBoard starts with the station you care about. Choose the right service at an interchange, use Nearby Station when you are already there, or return to one of your recent stops. A new five-step introduction helps you get started.
Read it your way
Keep the free By platform view, compare Premium Next departures within each direction, or group services By destination. Simple and Detailed modes remain separate free choices.
Boards refresh automatically about once a minute. Pull down to request the latest predictions. Countdown animation respects your Reduce Motion setting.
Follow a Train
Open a supported departure with Premium to see its route and available live progress. Route context remains useful during live-data gaps, with no invented train position or countdown.

Live information comes first. Clearly labelled Scheduled departures fill supported gaps, while incoming terminal arrivals stay separate. This update also improves Live Activity and widget freshness.
See a supported train’s route and follow its progress when reliable live information is available. Route context remains visible during live-data gaps. Share a link to the train without sharing your location or saved stations. Included with Premium.
Lioness, Mildmay, Windrush, Weaver, Suffragette and Liberty join the Underground and Elizabeth line. Open a named London Overground line in the same familiar departure-board view. Basic departures are free.

The redesigned Premium disruption widget adapts to its size and distinguishes fresh, partial, stale and offline information. Check the update state before relying on a prediction.
Premium widgets use one of your saved stations and one of its available platforms, with cached and offline states kept explicit.
The Premium disruption widget shows service information and its update state. Opt-in disruption alerts retain selected-line, severity, resumed-service and quiet-hour controls for the supported lines you choose.

Use the same Live Activity when iPhone is charging on its side.
Configure each Premium Home Screen or Lock Screen widget for a saved station and one of its real platforms. It shows scheduled snapshots and makes cached or offline data clear.
Premium brings synced favourites, on-device Nearby matching and grouped departures to the companion Watch app. Choose a favourite and platform for the new widget in the Smart Stack or on a compatible watch face.
The native app supports placeable board and map windows, with spatial widgets. Check the App Store for the available platform version.
Every user gets three complimentary Live Activity sessions. Premium makes Live Activities unlimited and unlocks widgets.
Independent and private
TubeBoard needs no account and contains no advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking. Favourite stations, recent stations, display choices and Nearby Station matching stay on your device.
Live Activities and opt-in disruption alerts use the routing and service information needed to deliver them. Shared train links contain public train context, not your location or saved stations. The Privacy Policy explains each optional service and its controls.

No. TubeBoard is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Transport for London.
Yes. It uses TfL Open Data for live arrival predictions and line status information where available. Predictions can change during disruption or when source data is delayed.
The live board, including London Overground departures, station search, automatic refresh, Simple and Detailed modes, five successful Nearby Station activations, Recents, one favourite and three Live Activity sessions are free.
Premium unlocks Follow a Train, Next departures and By destination layouts, unlimited favourites, Nearby and Live Activities, station/disruption widgets, Time to Leave and catchability guidance, selected-line disruption alerts, the Apple Watch app and widgets, and colour-by-line boards. Existing purchases include the new Premium features.
Route context and live train information are separate. When TfL does not provide a reliable match, TubeBoard keeps the useful route and pauses unavailable live details. It does not invent a position or countdown.
No. The short-lived link carries public train context, not your precise location or saved stations. A compatible app opens the shared context; the web fallback explains the next step. Browser live tracking is not available.
No. TubeBoard is designed for the moment when you already know your station and want the next departures quickly.
Download TubeBoard from the App Store on an iPhone or iPad running iOS 18.6 or iPadOS 18.6 or later. Premium also includes the companion app for Apple Watch; the native Apple Vision Pro app requires visionOS 26.0 or later.
